Speciality Small Batch Roasted Coffee Beans Ground on our premises and fully traceable.

Our coffee beans have been carefully selected by Lou, my cousin, who has travelled extensively to source her beans and meet her suppliers.

As a result, we can safely say that our beans are fully traceable and ethically sourced, helping supply local communities with water and electricity.

Medium roast with varying notes. Come in and have a whiff!

As they are completely zero waste (delivered in reusable tubs which get sent back), please do remember to bring your own containers and save money.

Our teas have been carefully selected and I have tried most of them.

They are premium grade so don't expect any bitterness in our organic Chung Mee Spring Flush Green but you can expect an earthy taste to our 8-year fermented organic Pu'Ehr... 1% Bergamot added to our Organic Earl Grey so as not to overpower, semi-fermented Oolong & our very smoky Lapsaang is just to die for.

A little goes a long way.

We only stock the best in Local Ferments.

Lucie is an expert in her field and does not overpower her kimchi with chilli and garlic. The balance is just right.

So we don't feel it necessary to stock other brands.
